Decocorp was engaged to undertake the expansion tenancy works at St Ives Shopping Village for Priceline Pharmacy.

With the added complexity of keeping the existing McFaddyn’s Pharmacy operational throughout construction, the teams worked day and night to minimise disruption to the existing businesses. Substantial structural works were undertaken to ensure the expansive shopfront was installed free of obstructive columns.

Built in the 1960’s, St Ives Shopping centre still possessed existing fabric containing Asbestos. With strict daily air monitoring and encapsulation of work zones, our workers and the public were safe from the deadly airborne contaminant. The works were delicately and meticulously delivered ahead of schedule to an already tight deadline, meaning Priceline’s iconic pink logo was illuminating sooner and serving the public faster than planned.
