The ground floor was transformed into an innovation laboratory equipped with advanced features like fume cupboards, exhaust extraction systems, and climate control technologies. The facility also included reticulated lab gases and hydraulic services essential for cutting-edge research. An electrical main upgrade was crucial to meet the enhanced power requirements.
