Located in the ACT, Ginninderra Medical & Dental Centre was patiently waiting for the complete design and construct transformation that only the Decocorp team could deliver.  Tasked to supply a multi-stage project over two consecutive phases, our team once again showcased Decocorp’s exceptional project delivery capacity to our satisfied client.

Comprising a suite of new consultation rooms, together with a specialist procedure room, new physio suite, full sterile treatment rooms and nurses’ stations, the medical centre received a much needed refurbishment.  The staff were pleased to receive an audiology specialist room, complete with independent audio booth, new conference room accented by natural lighting, as well as a staff break out area complete with modern architecturally designed components.  The dedicated three-person reception counter allows for a warm and professional welcome for the Bupa and Allied Health patients. 

Facing challenges of residual issues and non-compliances, specifically the pre-existing hydraulic services design, the team applied their years of experience to design and construct a new compliant trade waste system which was duly approved by the authorities. 

The Decocorp team showed laser-focused aptitude to provide a seamless and hassle-free delivery, by working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure works were scheduled around doctors and other critical staff members.  Working day and night, we meticulously demarcated our working area away from the live environment of our client’s business, resulting in their operations to continue undisturbed, while simultaneously maximising our output.

Applying modern architectural styling and superior functionality, our client was very pleased to receive their new innovative medical centre, within the original timeframe.
