Denis founded Decocorp with a commitment to deliver exceptional quality and value to our clients. His leadership has successfully guided over 200 projects in all sectors of commercial construction across Australia.
With comprehensive expertise across the entire design and build process, Denis actively supports his team and stakeholders ensuring excellence at all stages.
He is recognised for his clear communication, decisive leadership, and strong focus on our client’s needs. He is committed to the Decocorp standard of excellence, building high performing teams, and continually seeks ways to surpass industry norms.
Luke Percy
Construction Manager
As Decocorp’s Construction Manager, Luke plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. Combining a deep understanding of our culture and operations with extensive hands-on experience, he manages complex projects and leads his teams with precision and unwavering dedication.
In his role, Luke’s commitment to excellence in construction management ensures that every project not only meets Decocorp’s rigorous standards but also exceeds client expectations.

Estimating Manager
